Stephanie J. Block(Actress) won the 2019 Tony® Award for Best Actress in a Musical for her starring performance in The Cher Show. She also won the 2019 Drama Desk Award for Outstanding Actress in a Musical for the same role. She was recently nominated for a 2017 Tony® Award for her performance as Trina in the Broadway revival of Falsettos. Other Broadway credits include Alice Nutting/Edwin Drood in The Roundabout Theater Company’s revival of The Mystery of Edwin Drood (Tony® and Drama Desk nominations), Reno Sweeney in Anything Goes, Judy in 9 to 5, Elphaba in Wicked, Grace O’Malley in The Pirate Queen, and Liza Minelli in The Boy From Oz. National Tour credits: Wicked (2006 Helen Hayes Award winner). Stephanie was nominated for a Drama Desk award for her off-Broadway performance as Sheryl Hoover in Little Miss Sunshine.
