Michelle Lehrman has been with Broadway Artists Alliance since the first summer intensive in 2005! As the Assistant Director, Michelle oversees BAA operations and works closely with BAA instructors and industry members. Michelle holds a degree in Arts Administration (theatre focus) from Wagner College. She has also worked for Actors’ Equity Association and the Roundabout Theatre Company. She is also a yoga and spin instructor in New York City.

Michelle’s Coaching Philosophy

I will work closely with you to discuss your options as a young performer! We will go over your goals, hearshot and resume, repertoire book, training, etc. to create a career plan that includes the whole family. I ask you to come in with questions and goals so we can focus on your specific interests. I am happy to meet with students, parents, or both!
