Scheherazade’s Coaching Philosophy

No one can be you better than you.
As a performer each one of us is unique. As such, your individual perspective on a character, and his/her words and lyrics is what people want to see, and makes you great at what you do.
A performer is one of the final pieces in the work many others have already started to build. The answers to guide your journey are on the page and in the sheet music you look to perform: the words, punctuation, shapes, as well as the knowledge you have on its authors, composers, the work itself and its performance. How do you relate to them? What does these words and melodies mean to you? What images do they ignite?
Alongside a healthy technique that will allow you to perform for as long as you want, we’ll work together in understanding each piece and making them your very own.
