Chet Walker

Chet Walker(Director/Choreographer/Actor) choreographed Broadway’s 2013 revival of Pippin (Tony Award nomination). He is best known as creator and co-choreographer of the Tony® and multi-international award winning Fosse. Before choreographing, Chet performed on Broadway in Sweet Charity, Dancin’, Lorelei, The Pajama Game, Ambassador, Pippin, and On The Town. Recently, Chet directed and choreographed two world premieres in Buenos Aires: HEAT! a dance opera and Night Chase performed by Julio Bocca and Ballet Argentina. Most recently he has added to his credits Singing in the Rain in Madrid, The Producers in Argentina and Brazil for which he was nominated for an ACE Award for Best Choreography and The Dancing Man in Norway and Seven Brides for Seven Brothers here in the United States. He has  also done a production of Cabaret in Serbia. Chet is Artistic Director of WALKERDANCE, a non-profit Jazz Dance Company. WALKERDANCE has recently been seen premiering new repertoire in NYC at the New 42nd Street Studios and the New York International Choreographers Festival.
